The AERO Exhibition cooperates with the Glider Flying Club Markdorf (SFG Markdorf) and
provides landing and parking facilities for microlight airplanes at the glider site Markdorf with
slots (registration on the SFG website is obligatory) for the full duration of the AERO 2025, from April 09th to 12th. It is necessary that you register your planned arrival & departure data in our online tool, this will help us to allocate
resources according to the expected demand.
The club members will do their best to make your stay at the site as uncomplicated as possible.

• Operating hours: 08:00h until 19:00h local (0600 to 1700 UTC)
• Departures also possible on Sunday, 13 April 2025 from 09:00h local (0700 UTC)
• Approved for: microlight aircraft up to MTOW 600kg only, no TMGs and SEP!
• Reference point: 47 42,6N 009 23,4E

• Runway: 10/28 - 500 m grass strip

• No immigration and customs clearance available - EU and Schengen rules apply!

Transfer options to the exhibition:

• Two shuttle vans and one shuttle bus are available free of charge to bring you to the
  exhibition area and back to the glider site according to the following timetable.

• Please be aware that during rush hours some extended waiting time for a
  shuttle seat will occur and can’t be avoided at reasonable efforts. In case you
  are in a hurry or do not want to wait, we recommend to organize your
  transportation in advance, e.g. book a cab for your estimated arrival time. We
  ask for your understanding.

• Cabs are available on call at your own expenses – for phone numbers please refer to the shuttle bus timetable.

• The Markdorf train station is in walking distance from the glider site, approximately 15-20 minutes leg stretching.

  Trains to Friedrichshafen main station depart about every 30 minutes, free of charge
  coaches to the AERO exhibition (MesseExpress - Linie 17) will depart in front of the
  main station building.
